I have completed the coach training program at Viva Coaching, which follows the standards and ethical guidelines of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

The program provided in-depth knowledge of coaching conversations, active listening, powerful questioning, and goal-oriented personal development.

Upon completion, I received my coaching diploma, which has strengthened my ability to support individuals in identifying and achieving their goals — both professionally and personally.

UGL – Development of Group and Leader – is a renowned leadership training developed by the Swedish Defence University.

The purpose of the program is to increase understanding of group dynamics and the importance of leadership throughout different stages of group development.

Participants work both theoretically and practically with group processes, communication, feedback, conflict management, and self-awareness.

UGL provides tools for leading oneself and others in ways that foster collaboration, trust, and shared growth.

The experience has strengthened my ability to work with people in both supervisory and leadership roles.

Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a conversational approach that strengthens an individual’s inner motivation and ability to influence their own life situation.

Through empathetic listening, reflection, and respect for autonomy, space is created for self-awareness, responsibility, and the power to change.

I use MI as a tool to support people in finding their own way forward – guided by their personal values, strengths, and goals.
